excellent access to parks and stunning botanical gardens nearby

the hotel’s location made it super easy to stroll to nearby parks like Richmond Hill Park and explore the amazing Botanical Gardens at Asheville, which I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay.

i was really looking forward to a refreshing dip in the pool—only to find it was out of service. unfathomable! And the breakfast was a joke. granola bars and a pancake machine hardly counts. a proper hotel would definitely offer some kind of compensation for such slights, but here i am disappointed instead. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

I was disappointed to find the pool out of service, which was a huge letdown after a day of travel. Breakfast choices were minimal, with only granola bars and a pancake machine available each morning, leaving us to struggle for food. Additionally, the wireless internet connection was unreliable, and our room key frequently malfunctioned, requiring us to get replacements.

Comfortable queen room with impressive breakfasts featuring pancakes and cheese omelets. The staff was a highlight, always polite and understanding despite issues that arose. However, the first few nights were relatively quiet, and one morning the orange juice was already gone during breakfast, highlighting some inconsistency in food availability.

The hotel was super convenient for our adventures and we loved racking up IHG® Rewards Club Points. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I was one of the first guests to stay at this newly opened hotel, and I appreciated the modern amenities and fresh new vibe. The staff, despite a few hiccups, was friendly and understanding, making check-in a breeze. Plus, the room provided a comfortable base for my explorations, with a nice mobility-accessible king setup, which ensured I felt at home.

The hotel has potential with huge rooms and good beds to sleep in Very spacious which was a relief but that's about it.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.
